Cafes CIVIT select the best combination of Arabica and robusta varieties cultivated in the major coffee-growing regions of the world to get an intense aroma and persistent flavour coffee specially created for Espresso coffee. Blending it with "torrefacto" coffee (coffee that has an addition of 10-15 % of sugar while it is roasted) we obtain a more intense coffee.
